Makhana

Makhana or Phool-Makhana is becoming daily snack food in every household nowadays because of its health benefits. Makhana is also known as foxnut, lotus seeds, and gorgon-nut. It is grown in muddy wetlands, ponds, and lakes. The popping works take place only in few districts of Bihar and 2 Districts of West Bengal. It requires special skills for farming, harvesting & processing which can be achieved only after years of experience.

We are currently dealing in all varieties (types) of Phool-Makhana and looking forward to start trade in cashew nuts, walnuts, raisins, and spices.

Walnut

Walnuts are an excellent source of antioxidants that can help fight oxidative damage in your body. Walnuts are a good source of the plant form of omega-3 fat, which may help reduce heart disease risk. Several plant compounds and nutrients in walnuts may help decrease inflammation, which is a key culprit in many chronic diseases.

When walnuts grow on the tree, there is an exterior layer over the shell known as the hull. The walnuts go through a shelling process, where the shells are cracked and removed. Once the shell is removed, the kernels are sorted by the size of the kernels: large, half and small pieces.

Cashew Nut

Cashew Nut is low in sugar and rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and plant protein. It is also a good source of copper, magnesium, and manganese & nutrients important for energy production, brain health, immunity, and bone health.

The processing of raw cashew nut into edible cashew kernel takes the following steps traditional method: roasting, shelling drying, peeling, grading, quality controls, fumigation and packaging. All these steps have to be conducted with care to obtain good quality and good grade kernels.

We source products from more than 500 farmers and ensure that we deliver maximum variety with the best quality to our customers.
